A national leader in justice architecture and planning, Frank works with owners, users, and the community to develop solutions that enhance the vitality of the civic realm. He served on the Advisory Group for the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice (AAJ) for five years, acting as Advisory Group Chair in 2007. Additionally, Frank is a co-founder of the NYC/AIA local AAJ and the Sustainable Justice initiative of the AAJ.
