A thought leader in the field, Laura has presented on a variety of detention and justice facility planning and design topics nationally at venues such as the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice, the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, the National Partnership for Juvenile Services, the American Jail Association, and the American Correctional Association, and is widely published in professional and trade journals.
